Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, offices, and other designated areas according to established standards Utilize janitorial supplies and cleaning agents responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Assist with specialized floor care tasks such as stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors for long-lasting shine Support custodial operations by managing waste disposal and restocking supplies as needed Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or environmental services environments preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery is advantageous Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a strong work ethic Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and equipment operation is a plus Join us in creating pristine environments that foster productivity and comfort!
