Job Description

Bibb Holding Group LLC is seeking a reliable Independent Custodial Cleaner for a subcontract opportunity in the Moncure, NC area. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employment role.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain restroom facilities
  • Remove trash and debris
  • Perform general cleaning and upkeep of designated areas
  • Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and presentable
Requirements:
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Prior cleaning or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
  • Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Compensation:
  • Paid per job/service (not hourly)
  • Estimated $100
  • 150 per service depending on workload
Payment Terms:
  • Payment issued after invoicing (typically net 15-30 days)
Additional Information:
