Operate floor care equipment including buffing machines, vacuums, and carpet cleaners to maintain pristine surfaces. Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors. Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and use of cleaning machinery is highly desirable. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting adds value to your application. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established safety guidelines.
