Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Room Cleaner, where your attention to detail and enthusiasm will ensure every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming environment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all visitors. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service and hospitality. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation Change linens, make beds, and replace amenities such as towels and toiletries to meet guest expectations Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust surfaces, and perform floor care to maintain pristine conditions across all assigned areas Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality in every room Assist with deep cleaning projects or special requests as needed to support overall hotel operations Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and procedures preferred Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts Prior custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus; experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous Join us in creating memorable stays for our guests by ensuring every room shines!
