Part Timer Cleaner- evenings 2x per week

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Part Timer Cleaner to join our team for evening shifts twice a week. This energetic role is perfect for individuals who enjoy maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are spotless and well-maintained, supporting the overall cleanliness standards set forth by our organization. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for staff and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of daycare classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during evening hours Sweep, vacuum and mop floors to ensure they are spotless and safe Disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards Empty trash receptacles and wipe down Use cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers to maintain floor care quality as needed Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment Nightly dusting is required Formal job scope will be provided upon hire Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the evenings Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift Prior experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus Join us in creating clean and inviting spaces for children!
