Cleaner Crystal Clean Building Service (CCBS) Eastern North Carolina Part-time positions available | Evening & Day shifts We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning commercial facilities after normal business hours to ensure buildings are clean, sanitized, and ready for use the next day. The ideal candidate is dependable, able to work independently, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Perform nightly cleaning of commercial facilities (offices, medical buildings, schools, etc.) Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all floor surfaces Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Refill paper products, soap, and other consumables Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment Follow detailed cleaning checklists and site-specific instructions Secure buildings upon completion of cleaning (as required) Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to supervisor Qualifications & Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred (training provided) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule Comfortable working evenings and nights Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the United States Background check may be required
