PART TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKER
- Seeking reliable person with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work at Linville Cove Apartments in Newland, NC. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. 15 hours per week. The pay range is $19.00-$21.00 per hour. Credit and criminal checks required. Must pass drug test.
