Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, where your energy and attention to detail will transform properties into pristine, welcoming spaces for guests. In this vital role, you'll ensure every rental unit is spotless, sanitized, and ready for new visitors, creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. Your proactive approach and commitment to cleanliness will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence in short-term hospitality. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest stay (if needed) Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to ensure guest comfort (if needed) Conduct visual inspections to verify cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages promptly Manage time efficiently to complete multiple turnovers within scheduled windows while maintaining quality standards Skills Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management is a plus, but willing to train the right person. Friendly attitude towards guests and team members Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists accurately Experience with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Basic laundry skills for handling linens and towels efficiently Familiarity with custodial procedures and maintaining cleanliness in busy environments Must have reliable transportation and valid Drivers License.
