Full-Time Position Summary Daisy Maid is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Cleaning Specialist to provide high-quality cleaning services for both commercial and residential properties. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for clients while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. This position requires strong attention to detail, good time management, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks for commercial and residential properties. Follow company cleaning checklists, client instructions, and quality standards. Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and properly. Report maintenance issues, damages, supply shortages, or safety concerns to management. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with clients, coworkers, and supervisors. Travel to assigned job sites as scheduled. Ensure all work areas are completed thoroughly and within the assigned timeframe. Follow all health, safety, and company policies. Qualifications Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Reliable transportation to job sites, if required. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on client needs. Must be punctual, dependable, and professional. Ability to pass a background check, if required by the company. Valid driver's license preferred, depending on route or position requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and carry cleaning supplies and equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to [25-50] pounds as needed. Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning tasks. Ability to work in various indoor environments, including homes, offices, and commercial buildings. Schedule This is a full-time position. Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, though hours may vary based on client needs and job assignments.

Compensation Pay:
