Full Time Pressure Wash Tech (Training In-house)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated full-time team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in this/department or be willing to train alongside another. As a Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring proper on-site job performance and safety standards throughout the day.

Duties:

• Arriving at the job site in a timely manner.
• Leading the crew/team throughout jobs for the day.
• Maintaining a pre-scheduled day.
• Reporting back to owners after the closed schedule day.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment.
• Documenting all services provided per job site.
• Providing customer service from site to site.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the field or willingness to train alongside the team.
• Strong understanding of the equipment being used per job site.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting is preferred.
