Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies to ensure continuous cleanliness. Assist with custodial responsibilities like deep cleaning carpets or upholstery as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment. Maintain cleanliness during banking hours without disrupting daily operations or customer service. Use industrial cleaning tools and techniques for specialized cleaning tasks when required. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred. Knowledge of floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing is advantageous. Experience with residential painting or general maintenance work can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and proper equipment handling ensures effective and safe work practices. Previous porter or facilities maintenance experience helps in understanding the importance of detailed cleanliness standards. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and operating cleaning machinery confidently. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining a clean environment.
