We specialize in Residential Cleaning & Concierge Services that require our employees to be personable & professional at all times! We are looking for a skilled cleaner. Priority will be given to those with prior cleaning and supervisory experience and skill sets. If interested, apply today and join the Beach Babes team! Our training pay is dicussed within our interview call backs! Duties Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in designated areas. Sanitize high-touch surfaces and shared spaces following established protocols to prevent the spread of germs. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, patient rooms, or other specified areas according to safety standards. Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment while adhering to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines for safety and environmental compliance. Follow detailed cleaning checklists and document completed tasks accurately for accountability. Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or spill cleanups as needed throughout the facility. Support floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning when required. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in healthcare, commercial, or environmental services settings is preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to cleaning and sanitation practices. Experience with hospital or healthcare environment cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment for various surfaces and environments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality.
