This position involves performing a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and property care services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a professional attitude, and can adapt to different tasks and environments.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial cleaning services Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and workspaces Empty trash and replace liners Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Conduct deep cleaning projects as assigned Perform move-in and move-out cleanings Assist with post-construction cleanup Clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow safety procedures and company standards Report maintenance issues or property concerns to supervisors Provide excellent customer service while on client properties Complete assigned jobs efficiently and thoroughly
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day Strong communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work indoors and outdoors when needed
