Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting all areas of the facility to uphold high hygiene standards. Conduct routine security patrols within the premises to monitor for safety hazards or unauthorized access. Manage access control by verifying member and visitor credentials at entry points during your shift. Maintain cleanliness of gym equipment, locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas with attention to detail. Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents, documenting occurrences accurately and escalating issues as needed. Support facilities maintenance by reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shifts. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond calmly in security-related situations.•
