Summary of Work The following is a summary of job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list. As the Custodian , you will perform custodial services at the Raymond J. Bohn Armory Complex in Bismarck, ND. Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. Clean and sanitize restrooms and water fountains, sweep, mop, scrub floors and other surfaces. Vacuum carpets and entrance mats, strip, seal and wax floors. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. This position will report directly to the Custodial Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver's license is required; flexibility to work weekends as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Preference will be given to applicants with one year of custodial or facility maintenance experience. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation is required.
