Job Description

Facilities Management, a division of OMB, is responsible for the maintenance, repair, renovation, construction, and custodial services of the Capitol Complex located on Boulevard Avenue in Bismarck. We are seeking a Part-Time Custodian to join our Facilities Management team. In this role, you will be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively, and provide outstanding service to all patrons of the state of North Dakota Summary of Work Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Cleaning floor surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures Emptying wastebaskets and properly recycling Comfortable working around sensitive or confidential information and maintaining discretion. Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces Maintaining adequate supply levels in storage areas and restrooms Dusting windows, shelves, files, and other office areas Washing windows, walls, and woodwork Minimum Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills, including the ability to check email, complete online trainings, and submit electronic timecards. Agency Specific Compensation & Location Work Style :
Onsite at the Capitol Complex in Bismarck.
Shift :
This position is 25 hours per week with flexible working hours between 5:00 PM and 1:00 AM Monday through Friday.
