None Purpose Performs custodial work in offices, warehouse, shop and other building interiors Responsibilities Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using proper equipment Follows assigned cleaning schedule With the use of ladders, dust, and wash walls Clean ceilings and dust and polish light fixtures, as needed Empty trash cans for all areas of the facility Wash and replace blinds Clean and maintain restrooms & supplies Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas May remove stains from surfaces, such as rugs, drapes, walls and floors using proper chemicals and cleaners May sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass and remove snow during appropriate seasons Other duties as assigned by management Requirements Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to handle heights Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs Basic data entry and keyboarding skills preferred High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred Must have a valid driver's license
