Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18-19/hour 90-day performance review with opportunity for pay increase and advancement Schedule Monday - Friday evenings 5:00-7:00 P.M. Job Responsibilities As a Janitorial Technician, you will help maintain clean, professional environments by performing tasks such as: Sweeping and mopping floors Vacuuming Emptying trash Cleaning restrooms General facility cleaning and upkeep Duties may vary by location. What We're Looking For Prior experience (1-2 years) as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Respectful toward coworkers and customers Able to communicate in English Willing to wear company uniform and represent the team professionally Qualifications Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions Ability to identify and properly use cleaning products Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check
