REQUIRED

to travel between buildings in Wahpeton/Breckenridge or areas as assigned. Candidate must be able to use online software to track work orders and complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Use of email and computers is required. Duties of cleaning and maintenance personnel in this position include but are not limited to the following: Steam cleaning carpets and stain removal in individual apartments and common areas. Common area cleaning of hallways, entryways, and laundry rooms. Cleaning of individual apartments after a tenant has vacated the premises. Vacuuming, dusting, washing windows, floors, etc. Must be able to get apartment rent ready in short amount of time for incoming tenants. Cleaning short term rentals including washing linens and resetting a unit for the next client. Exterior cleanup, including sidewalks and common areas. May include at times removal and cleanup after pets. Wage is dependent on experience.
