Facilities Custodian

Panther Pressure Testers, Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Custodian to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is responsible for cleaning office and shop areas, organizing materials, and assisting with receiving and handling incoming packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break areas, and shop spaces Sweep, mop, dust, and take out trash regularly Keep shop floors and work areas clean and safe Receive, open, and organize incoming packages and deliveries Sort and distribute items to appropriate locations or team members Maintain organized storage areas, shelves, and supplies Monitor and restock cleaning and shop supplies as needed Assist with general shop organization and basic support tasks Follow safety procedures and maintain a hazard-free environment

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (UA) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous custodial, janitorial, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay on task Dependable and punctual Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Work Environment:

Combination of office and shop/industrial setting May involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures
