Job Description

Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH) in Blair, Nebraska, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Tech to help us maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do :
Shift Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 6:00a-2:30p, limited full day and half day weekend rotation) Clean and disinfect patient rooms, public areas, restrooms, and offices Perform detailed cleaning tasks, such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Use hospital-grade cleaning equipment, including UV light technology and floor scrubbers Properly handle and dispose of waste following safety guidelines Work as part of a team dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for all
What We're Looking For :
High school diploma or GED preferred 18 years or older Strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping spaces clean Ability to follow safety guidelines and learn hospital procedures Experience in environmental services or cleaning preferred—but not required.
