Join our company and be part of an innovative team that's First in Food . Location Description Michael Foods, Inc., located in Bloomfield, Nebraska, is one of our only cage free facilities. The facility is located three miles outside of Northeast Nebraska's busiest community. Bloomfield is a haven for those who prefer small-town life over city living and is located less than 30 miles from recreation areas where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking and camping. Our location produces liquid egg product that is sent to our other facilities for further processing. Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
: Responsible for the nightly CIP/COP process and ensuring they are completed in accordance with MFI standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
: Assist in the scheduling and daily work assignments of the sanitation personnel. Responsible for the overall environmental cleaning of breaking, transfer, inedible and processing areas. Monitor and regulate the amount of chemicals used in the sanitation CIP process. Responsible for CIPing all product lines, silos and cooling press. Disassemble, clean and re-assemble production pumps. Monitor temperatures and other variables on CIP system and COP tank. Qualified in cleaning breaker machines, washers and other equipment in the breaking and washer areas. Chemical testing of CIP/COP cleaning solutions. Responsible for inspecting and signing off on the other personnel job assignments. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in situations. Licenses, certificates, registrations: Forklift License preferred Other skills and abilities : Maintain complete and accurate documentation Ability to communicate with co-workers Trained in Confined Space and LOTO Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. occasionally General knowledge of chemicals and CIP system
