We are a growing cleaning services company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner/housekeeper to join our team. This role includes a mix of residential house cleaning, commercial janitorital work, and Airbnb turnovers, with opportunities to work across a variety of environments. This is a part-time position to start, with steady potential for increased hours as our company continues to grow and take on new clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning services in residential homes, commercial buildings, and Airbnb properties
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Maintain high attention to detail and consistent quality
• Travel between job sites as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients when required

Qualifications:

• Cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
• Must be reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be willing to travel between job locations
• Must pass a background check
• Drug testing required upon hire

Compensation & Benefits:
