$15.25 JOB SUMMARY The custodian is responsible for providing custodial services to outbound retail locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic custodial duties in an efficient and effective manner. Provide timely and excellent customer service. Provide input regarding inventory needs. Ensure Safety Data Sheets are available for all cleaning chemicals. Observe proper safety precautions in use of equipment and supplies to include proper labeling of all chemicals. Operate janitorial equipment such as automatic scrubber, burnisher and carpet extractor. Meet or exceed the attendance expectations for this position. Actively maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of employees, customers, and participants. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred Six (6) months custodial experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Must be able to use equipment and chemicals in a safe manner Possess an understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Must have a thorough knowledge of proper cleaning procedures

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Medium Lifting 70 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Moderate Occasionally exposed to extreme atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise fumes, dust, etc.)
