Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Airbnb & Residential Cleaner, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will transform spaces into welcoming, pristine environments. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of Airbnb listings and residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Conduct detailed sanitation procedures to ensure all surfaces, linens, and amenities are spotless and hygienic. Manage floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep floors looking their best. Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Maintain high standards of cleanliness through janitorial practices and commercial cleaning techniques. Assist with basic cooking tasks or meal prep when needed to enhance guest or resident satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with hosts, residents, and guests regarding cleaning schedules or special requests. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued. Familiarity with floor care methods, carpet cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various environments. Knowledge of laundry procedures and basic housekeeping management is preferred. Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work enhances your suitability for this energetic role.
