Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance:

Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on grills, fryers, ice cream/shake machines, espresso machines, HVAC, and refrigeration units.

Facility Upkeep:

Cleaning indoor/outdoor areas, windows, restrooms, stock rooms, and handling deliveries.

Daily Tasks:

Filtering fryer oil, sanitizing drink tanks, changing light bulbs, managing trash.

Safety & Compliance:

Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment, potentially getting certifications (e.g., for specific equipment).

Inventory:

Managing spare parts for repairs.
