Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth and optimal operations.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operating, inspecting, and testing equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.
  • Collaborating with production teams to plan maintenance without impacting productivity.
  • Supporting the installation and setup of new machinery and staying on top of industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Upholding health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing tools and equipment. What You'll Have To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications or vocational training in areas like mechanical or electrical systems (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Skillful use of hand and power tools, with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
  • Electrical certification preferred.
  • Awareness of safety protocols, paired with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • A driven, team-oriented mindset, plus the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
