Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential Cleaner specializing in vacation rentals! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards Conduct detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of rugs and upholstery Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure properties are guest-ready Handle light maintenance tasks or report repairs needed to maintain property standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during their stay Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable but will train Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation practices and floor care Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently and accurately Experience with carpet cleaning or upholstery maintenance is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us in delivering exceptional vacation rental experiences!
