For over 14 years, we have proudly provided professional house cleaning services to families throughout Southern New Hampshire and Middlesex County, MA. Our company is growing, and we are looking for 2 reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians / Professional House Cleaners to join our amazing team. This is a full-time Residential Cleaning Technician position, Monday-Friday, with paid training provided. As a Solo Cleaning Technician, you will have your own optimized cleaning route, work independently, and provide high-quality home cleaning services while creating an excellent experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

✔ Professionally clean residential homes following Tidy Cleaning Services' procedures and quality standards ✔ Work independently as a Solo Cleaning Technician and manage your daily route efficiently ✔ Provide excellent customer service and treat every client's home with care and respect ✔ Travel to scheduled homes throughout Southern NH and Northern MA using your own reliable vehicle ✔ Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools organized and ready for each workday ✔ Pay attention to details and consistently deliver high-quality cleaning results ✔ Follow company systems, checklists, and training to ensure consistency and excellence ✔ Represent Tidy's core values through integrity, respect, professionalism, and exceptional service

Requirements:

✔ Looking for a long-term opportunity and interested in growing with our company ✔ Authorized to work in the United States ✔ Valid U.S. driver's license ✔ Reliable, insured personal vehicle to travel to client homes daily ✔ Comfortable working independently as a Solo Cleaning Technician ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work ✔ Positive attitude, professional behavior, and excellent customer service skills ✔ Coachable and willing to follow company training, systems, and procedures ✔ Strong work ethic — reliable, responsible, and punctual ✔ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform physical cleaning duties ✔ Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening ✔ Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required — paid training is provided

Service Areas:

Southern NH area: Milford, Amherst, Merrimack, Manchester NH and surrounding areas. Some routes include Northern MA - Middlesex County.
