Weekends Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Part-time | Full-time | Flexible Shifts Available Job Summary The Custodial Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the gym remains clean, safe, and inviting. This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of cleanliness in a fitness environment. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and showers regularly Assist in laundry duties (if applicable - towels, rags, etc.) Mop, vacuum, and sweep all gym floors, including group fitness areas and walkways Clean and maintain tennis and pickleball courts Wipe down and sanitize fitness equipment, benches, and machines throughout the day Clean lobby, front desk, and seating areas to maintain a professional appearance Restock bathroom and locker room supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) Refill and maintain the coffee/refreshment station (including cleaning and resetting) Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the facility Clean mirrors, windows, and glass doors for a spotless finish Dust and wipe down surfaces including railings, furniture, fixtures, and vents Qualifications Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred (especially in a gym, hospital, or hospitality setting) Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and supplies Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a shift Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards consistently Weekend and evening availability is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Free gym membership Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Flexible scheduling options
