Job Title:
GMP Cleaner (No Experience Needed) Job Description This role focuses on performing high-quality cleaning and sanitization of production spaces, cleanrooms, and common areas within a highly regulated facility. You will follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements to maintain a safe, compliant, and contamination-free environment while working in full personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities Clean and sanitize production areas, cleanrooms, and common areas in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and site procedures. Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely to ensure all cleaning tasks meet regulatory and internal quality requirements. Use appropriate cleaning agents, tools, and equipment safely and effectively to maintain a controlled and contamination-free environment. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of cleaning activities, including completion of logs, checklists, and other required records. Work in full PPE, including gloves, mask, protective glasses, and full gowning or onesie, to ensure personal and product safety. Support a 24/7 operation by working rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, as assigned. Participate in initial training on first shift for 4-6 weeks and apply learned procedures consistently in daily work. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to report issues, clarify instructions, and ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines while working in a highly regulated cleanroom environment. Assist with general custodial tasks related to production and common areas as needed to support overall facility cleanliness. Essential Skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions to exact specifications. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to understand procedures and complete documentation accurately. Comfort working in full PPE, including gloves, mask, glasses, and full gowning, in a cleanroom environment. Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment with extensive documentation requirements. Willingness and ability to work a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays, as assigned. Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment assessment. Ability to train on first shift for 4-6 weeks and transition to rotating schedules. Previous GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in cleanrooms or controlled environments is nice to have. custodial, janitorial, or production cleaning roles is also nice to have Familiarity with documentation practices in regulated environments. Comfort with rotating shifts and adapting to changing schedules. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.89 - $22.55/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
