Job Description:
The Bar porter is responsible to maintain a high standard of customer service while ensuring the assigned bar is stocked and clean.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with Hard Rock policies as well as the New Jersey Health Standards. Ensures bar is set properly. Ensures all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meets service standards. Stocks assigned bar with product and supplies throughout the shift Prepares all mixes and garnishes Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers who approach the bar Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations. Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values. Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations. Other duties as assigned.
