Janitorial Cleaner On-Call

Pritchard industries is seeking reliable On-Call janitors to provide custodial support on an as-needed basis. this role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly school environment during staff absences, events, or emergency situations.

Key responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and disinfecting surfaces) Clean and restock restrooms Respond to urgent cleaning needs (spills, leaks, or unsanitary conditions) assist with event setup and breakdown (table, chairs, etc.) Report maintenance issues and safety concerns Ensure doors and assigned areas are properly secured

Requirements:

Ability to respond on short notice, including evenings and weekends Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently Prior custodial experience preferred but will train.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform routine custodial tasks.
