Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets
  • Clubhouse cleaning and set up
  • Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen, exercise rooms, baths, etc.)
  • Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.
  • Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc.
  • Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixtures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid state driver's license Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time Must be able to work in inclement weather May be required to lift up to 50 lbs

Multiple positions available in Eatontown and surrounding area, shifts listed below Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm Thurs-Mon 7am-3:30pm Thurs-Mon 9am-5:30pm
