Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in residential homes, commercial buildings, or hospitality settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle specialized cleaning procedures such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to meet client standards. Manage laundry duties for linens and uniforms with efficiency and care. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by performing detailed janitorial and custodial tasks regularly. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits. Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks and reporting maintenance needs. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Familiarity with floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation procedures. Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles adds valuable insight into maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of laundry processes and housekeeper management practices is a plus. Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous janitorial or custodial experience demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
