Apex Home Solutions is looking for a reliable commercial cleaner or small cleaning company for a recurring commercial account in Mays Landing, NJ. This is a small, straightforward weekly clean that works well as a route add-on for someone already servicing the area.

Scope includes:

Common area cleaning Restroom cleaning Trash removal Vacuuming/mopping General wipe downs and upkeep Estimated cleaning time is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour per visit. We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and consistent Professional and responsive Detail-oriented Experienced with commercial cleaning Able to communicate clearly if issues arise This can grow into additional recurring commercial work as more accounts are added in the area.

Requirements:

Prior cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone for communication/photos Must be dependable and show up consistently
