Handle sanitation tasks such as disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to promote health and safety. Conduct laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items as needed. Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, hotel rooms, or residential spaces by organizing clutter and removing trash efficiently. Use specialized equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care treatments, or janitorial tasks to enhance the longevity and appearance of surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while ensuring their space meets high standards of cleanliness. Follow safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and infection control to uphold a safe working environment. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential homes, hotels, or commercial facilities is highly desirable. Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and sanitation tools. Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety guidelines related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Familiarity with laundry operations and floor care techniques to deliver comprehensive cleaning services. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude in diverse settings.
