Responsibilities:
- Sees to upkeep of common areas such as hallways, parking areas, and sidewalks, vacant units, and management offices
- Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors, washes windows, cleans appliances and vents
- Attends and participates in training classes for the maintenance and custodial staff
- Keeps the work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition
- Assists in the inventory control and security of all janitorial equipment and supplies
- Assists in all aspects of the property as directed by the
Superintendent Requirements:
- Previous janitorial experience preferred
- Must be willing to work with a wide variety of people including tenants, peers, and managers
- Must have good safety habits Benefits include company sponsored health, dental, vision, and life/AD&D insurance and ongoing professional training and development.
