Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a dependable and motivated Custodial Supervisor to lead and drive cleaning crews specializing in data center and commercial cleaning services throughout the Tri-State Area. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams while maintaining professional client relationships. As a Custodial Supervisor, you will drive company vehicles to multiple job locations, oversee custodial staff, ensure quality standards are met, and assist with cleaning duties as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working in high-security and professional environments while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members. Responsibilities Supervise and lead custodial teams at multiple job sites throughout the Tri-State Area Drive company vehicles to and from assigned work locations Ensure all cleaning assignments are completed according to company standards Perform custodial and commercial cleaning duties when necessary Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain facility cleanliness Train and support team members on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards Operate cleaning equipment and machines safely and effectively Conduct quality inspections and address any service issues promptly Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and facility personnel Ensure crews arrive on time and complete assignments efficiently Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols Requirements Valid driver's license required Must have a clean driving record Must have a clear background check and drug screening Prior supervisory, custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred Experience operating cleaning equipment and machines is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with varying work hours Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable interacting with clients in professional environments Ability to manage teams and work independently Must live within 20-30 minutes of Keyport, NJ Must have reliable transportation to the Keyport meeting location Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join Us?
