Job Description

Substitute Custodians 2026-2027 School Year Under the direct supervision of the Custodial Supervisor and Business Administrator, substitute custodians perform general cleaning and maintenance in school buildings and grounds during the absences of contracted custodians.
Typical Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday /
Night Shift :
3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. (includes 30-min meal break) Paid at $144.50 per 8.5 hour shift
Qualifications:
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to perform cleaning duties of building and grounds. Ability to be self-directed, show initiative, be dependable and assume responsibility. Ability to move, receive and store building supplies and materials. Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Terms of Employment:
As-Needed Assignment Scheduled Only During Custodian absence. No benefits are included in this per diem / as needed position.
