Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning and Maintenance Professional to keep our facilities spotless, safe, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, custodial duties, and maintenance activities to ensure our environment remains welcoming, hygienic, and operational. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high-quality surfaces Carry out custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold health standards Assist with general facilities maintenance such as light repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep Support industrial cleaning projects by handling specialized tasks like deep cleaning of machinery or large areas Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning standards Experience working as a porter or in facilities upkeep roles is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout your shift Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearlyJoin us as a Cleaning and Maintenance Professional where your expertise keeps our spaces shining!
