This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits or works here. As a key team member, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks with enthusiasm and attention to detail, supporting our commitment to excellence and safety. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to complete tasks promptly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability. Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning activities. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely resolution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing equipment and supplies after use. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to support overall facility upkeep. Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results. Good communication skills to understand instructions and work effectively within a team. Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly. Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
