Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Porter/Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance. Your proactive approach will ensure that our environment remains welcoming, functional, and well-maintained for staff, visitors, and clients alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, restrooms, and common spaces, utilizing appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct janitorial and custodial tasks to uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility. Manage floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots and walkways, by sweeping and debris removal. Follow safety guidelines during all maintenance activities to promote a secure working environment. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
