Conduct detailed custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal to uphold cleanliness standards. Execute specialized floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing to maintain optimal floor appearance and durability. Assist with industrial cleaning projects and facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building operations. Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining a clean workspace during renovations or touch-ups. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations while delivering exceptional cleanliness. Skills Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning environments with strong janitorial or custodial background. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance practices. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with Porter duties or general maintenance work is a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
