Job Description
Job Overview Join our growing cannabis manufacturing team as a Sanitation Associate and play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for deep cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility, helping ensure all workspaces meet company cleanliness and safety standards. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual team member who takes pride in creating a sanitary and organized workplace. Duties Perform deep cleaning and sanitation of bathrooms, break rooms, hallways, common areas, and other facility spaces Clean and sanitize production tools, containers, and buckets used by trimming and manufacturing teams Use cleaning solutions and sanitizing agents, including isopropyl alcohol (ISO), safely and effectively Sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe down surfaces, and remove waste throughout the facility Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed Follow all company sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements Identify and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to management Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times Support additional cleaning projects and sanitation needs as assigned Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Prior cleaning, janitorial, or sanitation experience preferred but not required Comfortable working in a manufacturing and cannabis production environment Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation products Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Flexible schedule with occasional weekend availability as needed Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Full-time position Health Insurance - Medical, Vision, Dental PTO The QCC Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
