Job Description
A Crew Member at Fat Jimmy's Cookies plays a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. This position supports customers, maintains a clean and safe environment, and contributes to an efficient, positive workplace. Key Responsibilities Cashier Operations — Process customer transactions accurately, handle cash/card payments, operate POS systems, and maintain an organized checkout area. Daily Operations Support — Assist with opening/closing tasks, restocking supplies, preparing workstations, and supporting team workflow. Cleanliness & Sanitation — Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by following company cleaning procedures and health guidelines. Customer Service Excellence — Greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest receives a positive experience. Team Collaboration — Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficiency and uphold company standards.
