Duties Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and related equipment safely and effectively to clean building facades, concrete surfaces, and other exterior structures Assess each site's specific cleaning needs and develop an appropriate plan of action Prepare surfaces by removing debris or loose materials prior to power washing Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions when necessary to enhance cleaning results Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met and address any areas needing additional attention Maintain all equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, and proper storage after use Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Qualifications No experience necessary. Will provide on the job training Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients as needed Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate company vehicles may be required Certifications in OSHA safety standards or related fields are a plus but not mandatory Embark on a career where your energy fuels transformation!
