Schedule and Shift :

1 . Mon - Fri - (6:00pm to 10:00pm)

Pay Rate :

$18.00 / hr Qualifications All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization. Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background . Basic Painting Wall Repair Light Plumbing Light Electrical and Carpentry Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager's Bilingual is a plus. Be team player Responsibilities Cleaning of residential general common areas. Mopping. Vacuuming. Trash removal. Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms. Know how to use floor machines Be able to lift up at least 40 lbs. A detailed scope of work will be discussed during the interview process.
