Residential Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, and experienced Residential Independent House Cleaning Contractor to join our team. This is an independent contractor position with a 60/40 pay split (1099). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Must have experience in cleaning residential homes alone. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position. Duties Travel to customers with your own transportation and perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens. Must have a Smart Phone Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks. You must have or purchase your own Cleaning Supplies & Equipment Must have own Reliable Transportation. No public transportation. You must purchase own Business Liability Insurance for about $20.00 monthly. Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in english professionally . Familiarity with sanitation standards for kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a hygienic environment.

Pay:

$22.95 - $27.64 per hour
