Residential Cleaner

Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, and experienced Residential Independent House Cleaning Contractor to join our team. This is an independent contractor position with a 60/40 pay split (1099). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Must have experience in cleaning residential homes alone. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position. Duties Travel to customers with your own transportation and Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas Use various cleaning techniques such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to achieve spotless results Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring proper waste disposal Care for floors through sweeping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate floor care treatments Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning process Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to promote a safe working environment Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping or custodial experience is a plusKnowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping practices Must have own Reliable Transportation. No public transportation. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment Must speak English. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members Basic familiarity with laundry procedures and commercial cleaning tools is advantageous Valid work authorization; previous experience in customer service roles enhances your fit for this energetic position Flexible hours and scheduling.

Pay is 60/40 split. Not Hourly. Independent Contractor (1099) Opportunity for long-term assignment. Pay is by Direct Deposit only.

$22.95 - $27.64 per hour
